With the passing of Labor Day we returned to our daily routine which includes a few customers visiting to model their finished garments. Below is one of our favorite little models Freddie in a red version of 'Lillies Little Sweater' in Cascade 220 superwash, color 809. Such a fun quick project that he looks great in!
He's so adorable I had to include the next photo.... he's blowing Auntie Tricia a kiss!
Samantha brought in another finished project, the Cropped Cardigan by Blue Sky Alpacas. She knit it in Louet Gems Sport weight and extended the length to suit her tastes. We think she did a great job.
The color #26 crabapple is a great choice and Samantha wears it well. The longer length is a smart modification to the pattern.

The Summer Wind....
This is where Adam and I spent our end of summer vacation, at my brother Peter's 'shack'. Below is a view of the moon rising over the water.
We spent our time doing pretty much nothing. Well not totally nothing:
That's Adam trying on the sleeve of his Men's Zipped Raglan knit out of Manos del Uruguay color G, coffee. Having nothing to do allowed for the body and both sleeves to be completed. I joined them upon my return to the shop after Labor Day.
