TNNA Report

We are back from Columbus, rested and inspired by all the fantastic things we saw. There were hundreds of merchants with beautiful samples of needlearts. Some we know really well like Antonia who brings us our fabulous Rowan yarns or Richard & Taiu from Koigu, the booth we visited most (couldn't get enough). Others we met for the first time like Beth & Michael who own Lorna's Laces. Yes, a fall order was placed and we eagerly anticipate it's arrival!

One new line we picked up is Mission Falls 1824 Wool. It is an amazingly soft superwash merino that will be great for sweaters, hats, mittens oh my....

The color palette is classic and great for timeless garments. Stop by and feel our sample for yourself!

Blue Sky Alpacas has brought out new 'Pretty Cheap Project Bags' that we think are adorable and will be arriving with our fall order.

We picked up some hand dyed silk ribbon from River Silks in an array of chocolate colors. We envision eyelets on garments laced with this ribbon to add that finishing touch.

Other things are in the works like some new classes & some other new yarns for fall from companies we love and deal with regularly.

Thanks to Margaux for being my side-kick, to read her take on things check out her blog tentenknits .

Thank you to our loyal customers for your patience as we were closed for a few days so that we could attend the show.

Last but very far from least, a huge thanks to Heather & Adam for opening the shop over the weekend.
