The Mother Bear Project is a charity that melted my heart a few years ago & I hope that it warms yours as well. It is an organization that collects & distributes hand knit bears to children affected by HIV/AIDS in emerging nations. To date over 38,000 bears have been donated towards this loving cause.To help this effort Patricia's Yarns will be hosting their 2nd Bear Knit In at Grimaldi's Pizza on Monday May 4th from 6-9 PM. If you would like to participate, please sign up at the shop to register & save your seat as space is limited!
